Turned out the issue was fixable without dragging it into some huge expensive job, which I appreciated. What I liked most was how normal the whole service felt. Professional, but not stiff. He was careful in the kitchen, cleaned up after the work, and tested everything before leaving. By the time he finished, the refrigerator was cooling again and sounding way better than before.
